HY7240 PTFE-Encapsulated Spring-Loaded Seals
Precision-engineered from a high-polymer sealing lip (pure PTFE or filled with fiberglass, carbon powder, graphite, or bronze-modified PTFE) combined with an stainless steel V-shaped spring (304, 316, or Hastelloy).
Technical Specifications
Pressure: 0~35 MPa
Temperature: -200~260 ℃
Chemical suitability: pH 0–14
Product Features: The V-shaped spring provides continuous preload and automatically compensates for seal wear, shaft misalignment, and thermal expansion/contraction gaps. It combines all PTFE benefits—high/low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, low friction, and self-lubrication—with no creep or cold flow, excellent aging resistance, and no hardening. Capable of bidirectional sealing under high and low pressure, it supports both static and dynamic applications across slow, fast, reciprocating, and rotational conditions. Easy to install in tight grooves with a service life far exceeding that of standard rubber seals.
Applications: Chemical, petroleum, metallurgy, power generation, hydraulic cylinders, valves, pumps, food & pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, new energy, aerospace, and other extreme temperature, corrosive, and high-pressure sealing scenarios.。
