The main pump body is precision-machined from high-strength alloy steel. Internal plungers and sealing components use PTFE-filled, wear-resistant polyurethane, and stainless steel seals. High-pressure fittings are pressure-rated and explosion-proof. Available in manual hydraulic and electric hydraulic configurations.

To load, release the discharge valve and unscrew the cylinder nut using a dedicated hook wrench. Position the new injection tool vertically. Using a plastic or wooden rod (provided by the user), push the piston to the bottom of the cylinder. Add the required filler material and tighten the nut. Connect the high-pressure hose to the equipment using an external fitting or quick connector. The unit is now ready for high-pressure filling and injection.

The rated operating pressure for the injection tool is 6 MPa (8600Psi). Exceeding this rating may damage the operator, the injection tool, and related equipment.
